DetailsHere is a delightful large iron box with its key. The closure works perfectly. It dates from the end of the 19th century. He still has his little handle to carry it.
Its dimensions are large enough for a metal box. It's exceptional!
It is a delightful ancient object. It was probably used in shops at the time, to store money in a drawer out of sight. Or certainly also to store money in the wardrobes of the rooms of bourgeois families.
It is a magnificent object typical of the time. Its patina is lovely.
